Stated below is the Merchandise Return Policy (the “Return Policy”) of 11 Creative, LLC, (“we,” our” or “us”). This Return Policy applies to all web sites owned or operated by 11 Creative, LLC, its affiliates and/or subsidiaries, including, without limitation, the web site theripfiles.com. Except where expressly stated otherwise, this Return Policy applies only to 11 Creative, websites and does not apply to any transactions offline or otherwise outside of the 11 Creative, LLC websites.
General Return Policy:
It is our objective to ship merchandise ordered and paid for to the complete satisfaction of each purchaser. To that end the following terms and policy(s) will apply for all purchases made on sites owned by 11 Creative, LLC:
Orders under $25.00 in total cost, (Including shipping):
11 Creative, LLC will accept a return of merchandise, (in ‘new condition’ only) for any reason and issue a credit towards a future purchase. Any merchandise returned in less than new and unused condition will be returned to sender at their cost, (Generally COD) and the transaction will be considered completed and closed.
Orders over $25.00 in total cost, (Including shipping):
11 Creative, LLC will accept a return of merchandise, (In ‘new condition’ only) for any reason and will issue either a credit towards a future purchase or a full refund, (Less handling costs and a 5% restocking fee) at the direction of the purchaser. Any merchandise returned in less than new and unused condition will be returned to sender at their cost, (Generally COD) and the transaction will be considered completed and closed.
Changes to this Privacy Policy:
We reserve the right to change, modify or amend this Return Policy at any time without notice. When we change, modify and/or amend this Return Policy, the revised Policy will be posted on one or more of our sites. You are responsible for periodically reviewing the latest Return Policy as posted on our sites. Your continued use of the 11 Creative websites manifests your assent to any changes made to this Policy and/or the corresponding Terms of Use.
